Areasform Remodeling wants homeowners treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

Still, let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest. A provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be dropped. Note that Areasform Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@areasform.property and include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if known
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want

After You File

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
